KKDW Studios is a full-service design and build firm that creates unique spaces for various businesses, including restaurants, bars, hotels, workspaces, and retail locations. Their team has the expertise to handle every aspect of the design process, from initial concept and schematic design to final construction and move-in-ready finishing touches.
Despite their impressive range of capabilities, KKDW Studios found that many potential clients were unaware of the full scope of their services and did not understand the potential time and cost savings offered by their all-in-one solution. This created a challenge for the firm, as they were often approached for projects that did not fully align with their strengths or expertise.
To address these challenges, KKDW Studios approached SeedX with the goal of creating a new website that would showcase their unique value proposition and highlight their breadth of expertise. By doing so, they hoped to attract more qualified leads and be in a position to choose the projects that best fit their strengths.
Through a collaborative process with SeedX, KKDW Studios launched a new website that highlights the firm’s expertise and capabilities and conveys the value of choosing an all-in-one design solution for businesses.

We transformed KKDW Studio's digital presence with a complete website redesign. Our team designed and developed nine custom webpage templates that are optimized for both desktop and mobile devices.
Our stunning visual design perfectly captures KKDW's mission of creating warm and inviting spaces. We achieved this by using a warm and neutral color palette, showcasing original sketches that were created by the client and digitized for the website, and leveraging KKDW's existing high-quality photography.
Previously, KKDW's beautiful photography was only featured on project pages. However, with our redesign, their beautiful work can now be found on every page of the website. This allows visitors to appreciate KKDW's expertise and craftsmanship while navigating through the website.
At KKDW Studios, their unique value proposition and range of capabilities are essential to their brand. That's why, during the Discovery phase, we worked with the team to ensure their strengths were communicated in a clear and concise way on the homepage through visuals and copy.
The KKDW team is always in motion, creating and building immersive spaces, furniture, and works of art. That's why we made sure that the first thing a new user sees on the new website is a dynamic video that showcases their most recent project.
To prompt new customers to engage with KKDW Studios, we've included several Calls to Action throughout the homepage. These CTAs encourage users to learn more about their process, join their email list, or follow KKDW Studios on social media. With these CTAs, we hope to create a more engaging experience for all users of the KKDW Studios website.
KKDW's unique value proposition is now front and center on the homepage, making it the first thing a new visitor will read after the hero section. We've also included a glimpse of their process so that anyone landing on their website will have a better understanding of how KKDW can bring a business concept to life and the benefits of working with KKDW.

Unique Visuals
We asked KKDW to share examples of their process, which resulted in one-of-a-kind visuals like a mood board snippet for the Discover phase and a design sketch for the Design phase.
Our aim was to set KKDW apart from its competitors and attract more qualified leads while demonstrating their expertise and building trust with their audience. By highlighting these unique qualities, KKDW can showcase its capabilities and strengths, ultimately resulting in more successful projects.
We also leveraged KKDW's social media videos to showcase the Build and Fabricate phases, including clips of the KKDW team welding, fabricating, and building.

Each page begins by highlighting the unique challenges and solutions provided by KKDW Studios for that project. We then take you on a visual and narrative journey through each phase of the project.
Our redesigned case study pages aim to create a more immersive experience for users by showcasing the firm's work through more images and detailed narratives. We want to demonstrate KKDW's capabilities and showcase their creativity to potential clients, while also building trust with their existing audience.

KKDW Studios and Kelly, the founder of KKDW Studios, have been featured in several publications. To leverage this exposure and enhance brand recognition, we created a dedicated Press page that showcases all the articles and publications where they have been featured.
The Press page serves as a valuable resource for potential clients and partners to learn more about KKDW Studios' accomplishments, expertise, and thought leadership. By highlighting these publications, we aim to establish KKDW Studios as a trusted authority in the design industry and reinforce its credibility.
Optimization
With a third of their website traffic coming from mobile , it was important that the website was optimized for hand-held devices. We ensured the new website was mobile-responsive and all elements were easily accessible and usable on smaller screens. This optimization helps to improve the user experience and make it easier for potential clients to browse the website on-the-go.
KKDW launched their new website in March of 2023. We hope to see an increase in average session duration, email list subscribers, and social media followers.
KKDW Studios has also increased its social media presence and working on long-form content at our guidance to improve SEO.
