The Challenge

About project

How do you start a company on a budget? How can you validate which products are a home run and which products are duds before buying inventory?

We began the project with a discovery session with Team Babyfluence. This brought clarity and insight to the brand and marketing strategy.

During this discovery session we were able to:


1. Understand their customers.

2. Define their brand.

3. Prioritize their goals.

To help Babyfluence stand out amongst other online retailers, we created an e-commerce site for them that focused on portraying babies and toddlers in their clothing as chic and influential.

In order to test which products would be most popular amongst customers and to draw in an initial crowd, SeedX set up a Facebook campaign. There, we were able to target parents and grandparents who were searching for baby clothes and discover which items they liked most.


SeedX delivered a unique e-commerce experience that spoke to parents in search of fashionable baby clothes.

We were able to help Babyfluence gather key performance indicators - impressions, click-through-rates, conversions, and other key metrics - that allowed Babyfluence to quickly iterate and focus on which items were top sellers with a small and limited budget.

Update: Babyfluence is currently under construction while they finalize their initial fashion line.
